End-to-End Import Services
Sourcing is only the first step. We carry the order through inspection, consolidation, freight and customs so you deal with one partner, not ten.
- Factory Sourcing We shortlist audited manufacturers against your specification, budget and volume — then negotiate directly, in Mandarin, on your behalf.
- Quality Inspection Every order is checked before it is sealed: dimensions, shade batch, finish, packaging and count, photographed and reported to you.
- Consolidation Ten suppliers, one container. We hold goods in our Foshan warehouse until the full specification is ready to ship as a single load.
- Freight & Logistics FCL, LCL and air freight booked at contracted rates, with door delivery and tracking from the port of loading onward.
- Customs & Documents Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, HS classification and fumigation — prepared correctly the first time.
- After-Sales Support Replacement parts, shade-matched top-ups and claim handling with the factory — long after the container has been unloaded.
The Process
From Enquiry to Delivery
Eight stages, each with a named owner and a written record. You always know where the order stands.
- Enquiry You send drawings, a BOQ or a mood board. We reply with feasibility and an indicative budget within two working days.
- Sourcing We match the specification to audited factories, compare quotations and present the shortlist with samples.
- Sampling Physical samples are dispatched for approval. Nothing enters production until you have signed off the finish in hand.
- Production The order is placed and monitored. You receive progress updates and photographs at each milestone.
- Inspection Pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample — count, shade, dimension, packaging — with a written report.
- Consolidation Goods from every supplier are gathered in our warehouse, palletised and loaded as one container.
- Documentation Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and HS codes are prepared and sent ahead of the vessel.
- Delivery Freight, customs clearance and door delivery, tracked end to end until the shipment is unloaded on your site.
