Within 48 hours we return a structured quote: line items, specifications, factory lead times, consolidated freight, customs and delivery.

Step 03

On request, we ship physical samples for tiles, tapware, hardware and finishes — courier-direct to your studio or showroom.

Step 04

Production runs in our partner factories. We provide milestone photos, QC reports and video walkthroughs at every stage.

Step 05

Multiple categories combined into one FCL or LCL container. You pay one freight line, not ten.

Step 06

Customs clearance handled. Last-mile delivery to your build site, warehouse or showroom anywhere in Australia.
